frosted windowpanes...


last night i made pumpkin chocolate chip cookies and listened to karen carpenter for the first time this season.  

let the games begin!  i am so warm and cozy in my nutmeg&cloves kitchen and fire-red knitted socks,
i can hardly stand it.

    i think homemade cider on the stove is one of the best smells.
